We made some exciting fish cakes and it is delicious.
It made us looking forward to Fridays, which is a no-meat-day for us, interesting.
Using fresh Tuna fish (no, not the canned type) mashed it with Russet potatoes, onions and egg, pan fried it and viola... fish cakes. Serve it with a large helping of fresh salad, it makes a complete meal.
A different receipe, using some herbs such as curry leaves and jintan manis could turn it into 'fish cutlets' ala Indian style. Yah, you add some hot chillies in it. Yummy!
Well, tomorrow is Friday. A seafood day.
